Hi! 

We're Bergen and Morgan. We are certified personal trainers, strength & performance coaches, and nutrition guidance professionals. Together, we own an all female-operated strength personal training gym in Everett, WA called Vibe Tribe Fitness. We each have 10+ years in the fitness and athletic space. The past 4 years owning the gym has lead to an overwhelming growth in popularity for our personal training services. With that said, we want to expand our reach to provide our services to more people. We will be creating the same high quality programs we use with our in-person clients, at an accessible rate, available anywhere you are! Something to think about

You may know that having quality muscle mass is important for our health, but do you know why?

Studies at Harvard Health show that after the age of 30 we start losing 3-8% of our muscle mass per decade if we aren't actively working on improving and keeping it, with a quick acceleration in decline past age 60.
