This program requires minimal equipment, as well as exercise progressions and regressions to meet you where you're at. We do recommend having some training background before starting, as this starts as a more intermediate program.
The structure of the video library and pdf worked great. Well done with the videos. They were short and to the point while still giving plenty of tips regarding form.
